The 2nd Annual Cadiz Community Day & Car Show will be held in and around the "air conditioned" Lions Community Building, State Road 38 in Cadiz, Indiana.  Join your neighbors and celebrate the Cadiz Community and surrounding area with a day of fun-filled events.  All proceeds from this event help support the Cadiz Food Pantry.  Acitivities include:  Pony Cart Rides 8 - 9:30am, Cadiz Christian Church Breakfast 8 - 10:00am, Food Pantry Yard Sale Booth 8 am - 4 pm, Henry County Health Department Screening 9am - 12pm, Bake Sale 10:30am - 4pm, Snack Bar 10:30am kl- 2:30pm, Silent Auction 11am - 1pm, Kiddie Tractor Pull 1 - 3pm, Classic Car Show & 50/50Raffle 1 - 5pm, Corn Hole Tournament 2 - 4pm, Lions Club Chicken & Noodle Dinner 4 - 7pm, Concert 6:30 - 8pm.  Also, cadiz fire Department Display, Cadiz Police Department Dunk Tank, Tropical Shaved Ice Booth, WFMS Radio, Youth Ministry Lemonade Stand, Public Rummage Sale Booths ($10 to rent), Air Medivac Helicopter Exhibit, Bounce House.  CADIZ AREA FOOD PANTRY is the beneficiary of all of the proceeds from this event.

Sponsorship for this activity is very important and here are the sponsors for the Cadiz Area Food Pantry:  Cadiz Christian Church, Cadiz Christian Church Men of Christ, Friends Church, Kennard Christian Church, Tri-County Christian Church, Sulphur Springs Christian Men's Group, Cadiz Lions Club, Cadiz Class of the 60's, Henry County Homemakers Extension Club, Shenandoah Girl Scouts, and other local businesses, schools, and families.

The 2nd Annual Cadiz Community Day Car Show is open to the public from 1 - 5pm on the 21st.  Dash Plaques for the first 50 cars to participate in the judging.  Trophy awards for the following classes:  Best of Show, Top 20, Furthest Traveled, Under Construction, and Kid's Choice.  Entry fee:  Pre-registration $8; day of show $12.  All proceeds from the car show go to support the Cadiz Area Food Pantry.
